 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Please make sure your address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information.

 Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on most orders over a certain amount (as listed at checkout). Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


 Delayed or Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

If your tracking information hasn't updated in 7+ days or your package appears to be lost, contact us at sales@deepcatch.shop and we’ll investigate the issue right away.


 Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees or may request a refund (excluding original shipping fees).


 Split Shipments

To speed up delivery, we may ship your items separately depending on availability. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if this applies.
